Dr. Jürgen Harbich, Former Board Member of the Bavarian School of Administration in Mongolia

Dr. Harbich has been making the long journey to Mongolia as a short-term expert of the HSS since 1995 and for the 24th time. For his special services to the development of administrative law in Mongolia, he was awarded the Mongolian Friendship Medal by the President's Office on the decision of the President of Mongolia.

This time, Dr. Harbich conducted the questionnaires for administrative judges and court officials as well as for senior officials of the Tuv Aimag and expressed his opinion on specific cases of application of the General Administrative Law, in the preparation of which he acted as an HSS short-term expert in an advisory capacity. Judges and civil servants were able to standardize and deepen their knowledge.
