Competition among students in criminal procedure law

To celebrate the 90th anniversary of the founding of the University of Internal Affairs, students and audiences from law universities in Mongolia gathered on March 4, 2024 to participate in the student competition on the topic of 'Criminal Procedure Law'.

The event was supported by the Hanns Seidel Foundation in Mongolia, among others. A total of 8 teams from 6 universities took part in the competition, which was held in the 'Cultural Center' of the University of Internal Affairs. The aim of the event was to promote and improve relations and cooperation between the universities' law faculties.

The competition involved a mixture of practical and theoretical tasks. By solving the tasks in groups and competing against each other, the students gained valuable experience. The aim was to incorporate and strengthen their legal knowledge of criminal procedural law and its application into their training. Students from the following law faculties took part:

- University of Internal Affairs

- Ulaanbaatar International University

- Shihihutug University

- Orkhon University

- Otgontenger University
