Training for judges of the Supreme Court of Mongolia

On 12 and 13 September 2023, the training was organized by the Institute for Judicial Training, Research and Information at the Supreme Court of Mongolia with the support of the Hanns Seidel Foundation.

On September 12, the training on “Electronic evidence” and on September 13 on “Dissolution of political parties in Germany; reasons for their dissolution” took place.

The training sessions on the first day were led by Prof. DR. Eric Hilgendorf, Chair of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure Law, Legal Theory, Information Law and Legal Informatics at the University of Würzburg and on the second day by Mr. Oliver Jörg, Secretary General of the Hanns Seidel Foundation.

This training was organized for the judges of the Supreme Court of Mongolia.
