Training for administrative judges of the first and second instance

The training course was organized by the Institute for Judicial Training, Research and Information at the Supreme Court of Mongolia in cooperation with the Hanns Seidel Foundation Mongolia.

Vom 02 bis 03. Oktober 2023 fand eine Fortbildung für Verwaltungsrichter der zweiten sowie der ersten Instanz statt.

 

The training measure took place within the framework of the following main contents:

 

  • “ Uniform application of the law by administrative judges“
  • “ issues to be considered regarding the jurisdiction of the administrative case“
  • “ The correct calculation of the deadline for filing a lawsuit, problems to be considered regarding the restoration of the deadline“
  • “pre-trial proceedings“
  • “ The correct identification of the legal status of the plaintiff, the rights affected, and legitimate interests“
  • “ The facts mentioned in the complaint, problems to consider when responding to administrative actions“
  • “Reasons for suspending the execution of the administrative act“
