J, Chair of Public Law at the NUM Faculty of Law, Mr. Khosbayar.Ch, President of the Criminal Chamber of the Supreme Court, Ms. Erdem-Undrakh.KH, Director of the National Institute of Law, Mr. Bat-Orshikh, Director of the Institute for Training and Research, General Prosecutor's Office and Dr. Zolboo, Lecturer at the NUM Faculty of Law and discussed the following specialist topics:
At a time when Mongolia is carrying out a criminal law reform from the socialist legal system to a new model, this academic conference is of great significance for finding the way in which the reform process will proceed and for starting research and academic work.
We would like to thank the Ministry of Justice and Home Affairs, the Supreme Court, the General Prosecutor's Office and the National Institute of Justice for their support and participation.
Another important cornerstone of the conference was the presentation of the book 'Criminal Code of Mongolia and Criminal Code of Germany' by Dr. Zolboo, lecturer at the NUM Faculty of Law, at the end of the conference. The book will serve as an important source for German-Mongolian scientific cooperation in the field of criminal law.
