Internship
Interns at HSS Mongolia

Until two weeks ago, the Hanns-Seidel-Stiftung employed three interns, but this number has now shrunk to one. Students and graduates who want to contribute to German-Mongolian relations have the opportunity to broaden their horizons and gain an insight into the work on the ground at HSS Mongolia.

We cordially invite interns to familiarize themselves with the diverse work of the foundation. The tasks are varied and range from research activities to photo and video editing to improving our website. In addition to the opportunity to expand your knowledge through your own research activities, the HSS also offers you the chance to attend events to get a better picture of the contribution of national and international organizations and to talk to their representatives. Furthermore, an internship should of course also serve to get to know Mongolia better and to experience and pass on our values.

Telgun Batkhuu

Telgun Bathkhuu was part of the foundation team for one and a half years in three separate periods and simultaneously during his actual studies. With his strong computer skills, he was responsible for most of the technical tasks. As a photographer, he provided impressive video footage, which he then edited into meaningful video films. He also ensured that the foundation had a strong presence on social media such as Facebook and Instagram. He is now leaving the foundation to concentrate on his law degree.

Melkim Schipke

Melkim Schipke joined the foundation at the end of March. As the only German employee alongside the country representative Mr. Felix Glenk, he also contributed a German perspective to the work of the team. He undertook research and translation work, improved the website, provided input from an outsider's perspective and constructed the wheel of fortune for Europe Day. The future law student returned to Germany this week.

Tuguldur Gankhuyag

Tuguldur Gankhuyag has been supporting the foundation since the end of last year. With his excellent knowledge of English and Mongolian, he is a great asset to the team. He is responsible for research and other projects and provides the team with a concise summary of the day's news every day. His support for the foundation is planned until September. After that, he will start his Master's degree in International Relations in Germany.

Welcome to the Hanns Seidel Foundation Mongolia

The internship at HSS Mongolia offers a wide range of insights into the work of a political foundation, the legal and environmental sector and German-Mongolian relations. It also helps young people to develop their skills and find their professional direction. We wish the three interns the best for their future and look forward to receiving applications from new interns (info(at)hssmongolia.mn)!
