Further training for public prosecutors

The online training was successfully conducted on April 19, 2023 under the direction of Dr. Susanne Grasser, Senior Public Prosecutor at the Munich Public Prosecutor General's Office.

The aim of this training was to provide an overview of how German public prosecutors find their decisions in their work.

 

As part of the cooperation, HSS Mongolia organized an online training course together with the General Prosecutor's Office of Mongolia on the topic of “Methodology for decision-making by public prosecutors”.

Powers of the public prosecutor in detention matters

More than 350 prosecutors from the structural unit of the General Prosecutor's Office and prosecutors from the Sukhbaatar district took part in the online training on Zoom.
