On September 17, 2023, the Hanns-Seidel-Foundation met with the officials of the administration of the specially protected areas 'Khan-Khentii'. Rangers from Noyon Uul of the Khan-Khent Special Protection Area and Prof. Dr. Eric Hilgendorf, Chair of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedural Law, Legal Theory, Information Law and Legal Informatics at the University of Würzburg, exchanged views on the incidence of crime in specially protected areas, preventive measures and other topics of interest to conservationists.
