Further training of administrative judges of the Supreme Court

Together with the Judicial Training Institute of the Supreme Court, HSS-Mongolia and the "Legal Education" Academy organized an online training course for administrative judges on current topics.

Under the direction of Dr. Dieter Zöllner - presiding judge at the Bavarian Administrative Court - the state's most senior judges consolidated their knowledge on fundamental topics of administrative law, including:

 

  • Justification of the administrative decision,
  • Judicial review of the lawful exercise of discretion by the administration,
  • Disposition principle,
  • Scope of control and powers of the administrative courts ,
  • Principles of expediency and appropriateness, etc.

In addition to all judges of the Administrative Chamber of the court, representatives of other chambers were also present and took part in an exchange on current problems based on relevant case examples.
