In order to revive the traditional close exchanges and cooperation between the Mongolian and German or Bavarian administrative courts, which had declined during the pandemic years, the HSS organized a delegation trip of Mongolian administrative judges to Bavaria last week.
During the trip, the judges had the opportunity to exchange views in detail with German judges and representatives of specialist authorities on various specific current issues. These topics included the practical application of the Administrative Court Code, standardization mechanisms of judicial practice in Germany, interpretation and application of laws, the role of specialist publishers in commenting on laws and standardizing their application, digitization strategy in the German judiciary, registration of political parties, admission to elections, and much more.
