Environmental delegation visits Germany

The delegation included representatives from various environmental protection and environmental crime agencies, including the Subcommission for Environmental Crime Prevention of the Ministry of Justice and Home Affairs, the Environmental Police, the National Institute of Forensics, the University of Internal Affairs and the Environmental Education Center of the National University.

During the mission, the participants visited a total of 13 Bavarian institutions and exchanged professional experiences.

The participants were able to meet competent discussion partners and gain valuable expertise in the areas of environmental protection and combating and preventing environmental crime. In particular, they had the opportunity to view modern laboratory techniques and tools for investigating environmental crime and gain impressions.

As a result of the exchanges, the expansion of further bilateral cooperation was agreed.

After their return, a feedback workshop was organized in the project office and future bilateral cooperation opportunities with the German institutions were explored.
