This important project has the overarching goal of contributing to the development of constitutional law in Mongolia.
The translation of the decisions makes it possible to gain insights into the working methods of the German Constitutional Court. In particular, the publications are intended to show how decisions of constitutional courts in legally developed countries are formulated. These translations are intended to clarify the processes of interpreting and applying the law. This in turn facilitates the practical implementation of these findings in the Mongolian legal system.
