Exchange with representatives of the General Prosecutor's Office of Mongolia

On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Hanns Seidel Foundation of Mongolia, representatives of the Public Prosecutor's Office of Mongolia and the Foundation met on September 13, 2023 and held a roundtable discussion.

The event was attended by the Director of the Training and Research Institute of the General Prosecutor's Office, Dr. Bat-Orshikh B, Head of the Department for Foreign Relations and Legal Assistance, Dr. Bolorpurev J. and Prof. Dr. Eric Hilgendorf Chair of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure Law, Legal Theory, Information Law and Legal Informatics at the University of Würzburg and other participants.

 

At the meeting, they discussed legal cooperation between Germany and Mongolia, the differences and advanced aspects of criminal procedure law and exchanged views.
