General and specific legal principles

The training courses for criminal and civil judges, lawyers and researchers consisted of a total of three parts and took place in both face-to-face and online formats.

The online training for the judges of the Civil Division was led by Prof. Dr. Thomas Regenfus - Judge at the Higher Regional Court of Nuremberg.

Topics relating to the principles of civil court proceedings were dealt with, including the principle of equal treatment, the principle of disposition, the simplification of the taking of evidence, etc.

All nine judges of the Supreme Court took part in the civil law part of the event.
