The next video training session dealt with the topic of criminal liability of legal persons. In the video lesson, the history of its origin, the theoretical foundations, regulations in some other countries, criminal law regulations in Mongolia, court practice in the country, the current problems in legal regulations and some suggestions for improvement regarding the term discussed were presented.
