Criminal Law, No. 1: Statute of Limitations for Criminal Offenses

In 2019, the Hanns Seidel Foundation and the Academy for 'Legal Education', which it founded, are realizing a video training course on current legal concepts.

Herewith we publish the first video lesson on criminal law, in which the topic 'Limitation periods of criminal offenses' is dealt with. The content of the lesson was prepared by Prof. Dr. D. Badam and T. Usukhbayar.
