Course Completion 'German Commercial Law'

The course was successfully held from January 5 to 18, 2023 under the direction of guest lecturer Christopf Weber and Ms. Buyankhishig, professor at the Faculty of Law of the National University of Mongolia (NUM). The participants received their certificates of completion today.

The course enabled the participants to exchange information about the legal systems of both countries and to gain a basic understanding of German commercial law.

 

The course was organized as part of the cooperation between the HSS and the NUM Faculty of Law. The graduation ceremony was attended by Ms. Hanna Labeit, Legal Officer of the German Embassy in Ulaanbaatar, Mr. Felix Glenk, Representative of HSS Mongolia, and Mr. Amarsanaa.B, Dean of the NUM Faculty of Law, who congratulated the students for their successful participation.

"As a pilot project, the course was led by an English-speaking German lecturer for the first time. Educational events of this kind will be continued in the future," emphasized the two coordinating parties.
