On 25 February, the HSS and the Constitutional Court of Mongolia organized an online exchange between the German Federal Constitutional Court and the Mongolian working group for the drafting and amendment of the Constitutional Court Act (VerfGG) and the Constitutional Court Rules (VerfGO).

Members of the working group and the judge of the 2nd Senate of the Federal Constitutional Court, Dr. Sibylle Kessal-Wulf, took part.

 

The topics proposed in advance by the working group included the possibility of amendments and additions to the constitution, individual constitutional complaints and the legal consequences of decisions by the Federal Constitutional Court, and much more.
