The conference took place at an important time when constitutional reform is being discussed at all levels. A discussion among practitioners and theorists in the context of a conference was a necessity. Constitutional judges, lecturers and constitutional law researchers were given the opportunity to express their views on specific constitutional law problems, exchange opinions and draw on foreign experience. The amendments and additions currently being made were critically discussed during the conference.
