Business Trip to Munich

The Mongolian delegation held working discussions with various contacts from the Ministry of Justice, the Bavarian State Parliament and Council and other institutions. 

The talks covered a wide range of topics relating to regulatory law, in particular forms of sanctions, legal differentiation of regulatory offences from criminal offences, measures taken by the Bavarian government in the area of public safety and order and the digitalization of regulatory offence proceedings. The parties also exchanged views on ways to expand Bavarian-Mongolian cooperation, particularly in the legal field and at a political level.

As part of the visit, the participants of the delegation trip took part in the academic ideas competition and the conference 'Development of Mongolia: Strategy and Concept'.
