Administrative Law, No. 15: Proceedings to be Initiated by Judges for Specific Administrative Offenses

According to Mongolia's Administrative Offenses Law, judges must initiate administrative offense proceedings and impose a sanction in the following four specific cases:

  • Unjustified absence from court proceedings by the citizen's representative, disruption of court proceedings,
  • Attempt to damage the independence of the judiciary,
  • Violation of the rules of the court hearing,
  • Disruption of the examination procedure.
