The Future of the Administrative Court: Challenges and Opportunities

This year marks the 20th anniversary of the establishment of administrative jurisdiction in Mongolia. On this occasion, the Supreme Court, together with the Institute of Training, Research and Information of Mongolia, organized a national academic conference on 31 May 2024. The national academic conference was supported by the Hanns Seidel Foundation.

The conference was opened by Judge D. Monkhtuya, President of the Administrative Chamber of the Supreme Court. Greetings were also conveyed by Mr. Sodbaatar, Head of the President's Registry, Ms. Enkhbileg, Head of the Supreme Court Council and Mr. Davkharbayar, Head of the Judicial Disciplinary Committee.

During the scientific conference, the highest state medals were awarded to judges and officials who have made a valuable contribution to the development of the specialized administrative court.
